If you've never heard of the Winter Fancy Food show you are not alone, but let me tell you why it’s so important to us!

Not only is this a food industry show with over 80,000 specialty foods and beverages, but it has been an important showcase for Fire Cider over the last few years. This is where we’ve introduced many of your favorite retailers and natural food chains to the power of our vinegar tonics, and it’s where we've met so many of the amazing food companies that we’ve partnered with on our social media feeds over the years. Companies premiere their new products at this show and we start to get an idea of what the hot new food trends will be in the coming year. We get to see the latest in state-of-the-art packaging, new food trends, and emerging ingredients. There are opportunities to learn more about modern shipping and warehousing techniques as well as workshops for marketing, food safety and so much more. In short, it helps us to make Fire Cider the best it can be and to get our tonics to as many of you as we can!

 

Each year we pack up enough Fire Cider to sample to folks who stop by our booth because they love getting their daily shot and for all the folks for whom Fire Cider will be a new experience, with lots of extra bottles to send home with execs, media and PR peeps, and social media influencers. We also have lots of swag from stickers and tats to tote bags and apparel to help spread the good word about Fire Cider. Most importantly we send our people. Some of our most engaged and longest running Fire Cider employees have headed to the West Coast to share their love of Fire Cider with folks in the food industry. You might see our Founder Dana, or our VP Kim, but you will definitely see the lady that somehow makes managing these events look like it’s easy, our Trade Marketing and Events Manager, Caitlin!

From Jan. 13-15 we'll be in San Francisco ready to meet new faces and embrace old friends on our road to getting Fire Cider on every kitchen counter. Sadly, this is not a public consumer show but we promise to post pics on our social channels.
